Immigration & Citizenship
From USCRI Staff Attorney Nicole Comstock:
For those of you who do not know me, I am an Immigration Attorney at the USCRI Albany Field Office. USCRI asks that you please do not attempt to help clients with Immigration-related paperwork, including applications for replacement documents, applications for green cards, or family-based petitions.
Providing the government with incorrect information or fees will result in a delay or denial of an immigration benefit for the client. Improper filings can results in catastrophic consequences for our clients including large fees, loss of social service benefits or employment, or the client being placed into Removal Proceedings. Also, please be aware that providing assistance with immigration filings may constitute unauthorized practice of law and/or fraud.
We truly appreciate the help that you provide.
