NYS Department of Labor, Division of Immigrant Policies and Affairs (DIPA) addresses the needs, issues, and challenges of immigrants by providing outreach in immigrant communities, reviewing policies, procedures and laws that affect immigrants, and monitoring compliance with labor laws by farms and farmers in the state. DIPA works inside and outside the Department of Labor to serve the needs of immigrants. Their protections, services, and programs are available to everyone, including people with limited English proficiency.
